SAP connection in Oreo error

hi guys, i have 2 phones with same OS "Oreo" but different phone model one is Samung S8 and one is Samsung S7 Edge. but my question is why the SAP connection is not working in Samsung S7 Edge? but in my Samsung S8 its working properly?

Hi Mick Caberos,

Would you please try to reset your gear device before connecting with Samsung S7 edge? After resetting, please connect your wearable device with Samsung S7 edge via Galaxy Wearable app and then try to use SAP again.
