[RECONSIDER] [BUG] manifest.xml Version limited to 35.35.1295

Hi,
Just a bug report: manifest.xml Version property cannot be incremented in Tizen Property Editor beyond 35.35.1295 (Ubuntu 32-bit, SDK 2.2). So, somewhat surprisingly, for example version 1.50.0 cannot be created. Expected behavior would be in line with, say, Windows MSI ProductVersion property limit of 255.255.65535.
(Thanks for bringing back eng-US locale in SDK 2.2 ;)).
