Native app development IDE (wearable 3.0) failed to install

I am trying to make native apps for Samsung gear s3/s2. 

I just cannot get the native app development IDE installed through the Tizen package manager. I have attached the picture of it. It says it couldn't download the package file. 

Please someone help me.

Disk Space 6 GB or more

My computer is above the prequisite requirements. Is there anything else that could be wrong?

I would suggest you to change the repository from:
http://usa.sdk-dl.tizen.org/sdk/tizenstudio
to
http://download.tizen.org/sdk/tizenstudio
To change repository:

Tizen Studio > tools > Package Manager > Configuration (Setting Icon) > Package repository
