Is it possible that one application has UIApp with ServiceApp?

Hi, everyone
I am developing a application which has a UI with a background service during a period.
This service is not destroyed when a application is destroyed. In other words it is always running.
But, I don't know how to execute Service app in UI app.
In Sample code, Service App is a Single application.
Is it possible that one application(one package) has UI App with Service app?
