Install Application from Native Tizen Service

I have a .tpk on my Tizen device. I have to install that .tpk from a Native Tizen Service.

Is there any API which I can use to install .tpk.

package manager has the function, but the API is not allowed to 3rd party.

you need 'platform' privilege to use it.
