generate key event in SDK 2.3

Hi,
I am wondering whether there are APIs to generate Keyevent/TouchEvent in SDK 2.3
In SDK 2.2, I used SystemUtil Library, but I cannot find similar library in SDK 2.3.
ecore_event_add() is differ as it can not send events to other apps.
