Exporting EAP-TLS Client and CA certificates

Hi All,

I want to check how secure is the EAP-TLS authentication mechanism in Samsung Z1.

I installed private key file using WIFI>Advanced Settings>Install Certificates option.

I have couple of question below:

  1. Now can we export this installed certificate to share to someone from Samsung Z1?
  2. Where does linux stores the installed certificates?

Note: I found path /etc/ssl/certs where it stores installed cert details. This same details can be visible from mobile too (by clicking on installed certificate file).

Thank you.

Hi,

I found below link regarding CA certificate and it's saying that user can't add CA certficate so far.

     https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Security/Tizen_2.X_ca-certificates

[How to protect CA certificates in devices]
System trusted CA certificates in Tizen platform are protected by the root privilege. Even if all users can read them, only the root user can modify them.
For now, a user cannot add his or her user trusted CA certificates for SSL. This feature will be provided soon.

Is this still the case? It seems like a major limitation to the platform.
