Can not deploy Native App on Device

We have migrated our apps from 2.1 to 2.2. We have also updated the device to 2.2. When we tried to deploy and test the app using Run As the app got installed but it does not launch the app. We have tried creating a .tpk file and still the smae result. Are there any configuration we need to do to be able to launch an app on the device.
