Application for development platform

Hi
I have submitted two weeks ago a request for a development plaform in the support section of developer.tizen.org site. I have not yet receved any answer, even if it is said that an answer is provided within 5-10 bussiness days. Do all applicants receive an aswer or only the successful ones ?
