Application crashes even before starting (solved)

I am trying to upgrade my app from Tizen 2.1 to Tizen 2.2 but the the app crashes right from the start.
The reason of the crash is that in Tizen 2.1 my app uses a software back button in the footer and apparently this is not supported anymore in Tizen 2.2 because now there is a hardware back button.
