Yunohost

Hello everyone,

YunoHost is a Linux distribution that automates the installation of a personal web server. The purpose of YunoHost is to allow users to easily host their own web services by enabling a simple point-and-click web interface for installing various open source web apps.

No need to reinvent the wheel: if you're looking for Tizen web app ideas, you should find something that suits you in these 3 app lists: https://yunohost.org/#/apps_in_progress_en

Thanks,

Olivier

Hi Olivier, Yea I met this French team recently , the project is based on debian and owncloud right ?
It also looked pretty similar to cozycloud wich is also running webapps in the browser (using nodejs) ...

Now I think Tizen and other webbased services could get along because part of the webapp code could be relocated client slide (app) and then offload trafic ?

About ideas, I was thinking do you know if there is a list of tizen desired applications,
this list could inspire developers and eventually encourage then (bounties) ...

If there is no such list, then we can use this page :

https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Applications

I'll try to fill with some need I have for z1 and see what other communities are doing

- Terminal
- ssh client
- text editor
- xmpp client
- irc client
- sip client
- webrtc client
- caldav client (for cozy?)

Regards
