Where can i get firmware for PC?

I need to upgrade image 2.2. First I tired to do it on Mac but could not find 'lthor' for mac to install.
Now I want to get the firmware for Window from this site, http://www.tizenportathon.com/bada/board/technicalResources.do
How can I access this for downloading firmware? Please let me know.
