what is the status of Tizen Compilance Test(TCT)

Hello everyone.
Does anyone knows the status of TCT?
I checked the its github link and there is no source code released.
And I have used Tizen Web App Checker to check my web app, but it only give statistics for web API
and I would like to do a little more check using TCT.
Anyone knows any information of TCT, please let me know.
