There really needs to be a "User tariff API" for developers

Hello Olivier, Yeah, that's a real good info for an apps developer to write a cleverer apps for the advantage of the customers. For Tizen, not sure if we have any API's in this context currently. Samsung is responsible for the Tizen platform support, so please raise a JIRA for the same at https://bugs.tizen.org/. Someone from Tizen platform team will get back with the details and explanation.
