Is there some way to report non-Tizen SPAM in this forum?

This forum is on Tizen development, but I keep repeatedly seeing SPAM threads in here to download utilities for Microsoft Outlook and other unrelated items.
Is this forum moderated? Is there some way to report a thread for SPAM? I see a way to report replies individually, but not the thread itself?
