Hi, 

Help content issues are appeared & disappeared due to internet connection (Server connection), I faced this issues several time and it resolved automatically.

Is anywhere in Internet  a Help Content for SDK 2.4.r6?

I face the same issue here. anyone who has a solution to solve this?

I've installed Tizen SDK 2.4Rev6 on Windows 10.

Install Java7 instead Java8 should solve the problem.
