To choose when the clock displays:

You can choose to have the clock display all the time, even when the screen times out. When the Clock always on option is enabled, the clock displays in grayscale after timeout so you can always check the time and quickly access notifications.

1. Swipe up from the home screen to display the Apps screen.
2. Tap  Settings > Style > Clocks > Clock always on.

Note: Using the Clock always on setting significantly increases battery use.

Hello,

There is no API for wearable profile allowing change this setting.

You can try to use Power API and request according screeen state, maybe it will work.
