Quick question about the contest

I'd like to register as a tizen app seller and enter the tizen app contest, but in order to be a seller you must be at least 18. I've developled linux apps and games already and this contest could be a huge oppurtunity for me, so I'd like to enter. Can I have my parent register as a seller and sell games on my behalf?
