publish or compile html5 app

do I just publish my html5 app or do I compile it somehow

To publish your HTML5 App you have to submit your .wgt File of your project to seller.tizenstore.com or other html5 distribution stores. Also you can upload your application on your own and all user can download it and install it manually.
