Problem with test device

Hello,

I received the test device today but there are two problems with the device :
- OpenGL does not work. Here is the error that I get at each device startup:

Furthermore, I tried to lauch the sample OpenGL projects from the SDK, and they don't work on my device.
This is a big problem for me because the application I need to port is an OpenGL-based game (TurboFly HD).
 

 
- Wifi does not work, it cannot be activated.

Wifi is indicated as "Unavailable" and when I go to the Wifi settings, I can't activate it. This is not a big deal for me but it shows that this device really seems to have a hardware problem.

Do you have any idea on how to fix this issues? I'm afraid this is a hardware problem, but is there any firmware update I need to install?

I also received the test device today, and mine has the same problem. Do the devices lack OpenGL functionality?

I also received today the same test device. I am happy to have 2.1 installed on it (as I have win7, dont have linux currently to re-image the device to 2.1) And, also missing openGl and WiFi. OpenGl is not a problem for me, but WiFi! I am working on an App which works with WiFi. Any idea anybody?

To fix the Wifi problem, you have to install the latest Tizen RD-PQ Image on the device!

No, at the moment this is not possible. we have to wait until thor for windows is released ....

Do you know if the devices have GSM connection( SIM works and you can receive SMS)?

Test Device has Micro Sim Slot but wont detect the sim ,

I have absolutely no clue , at the first look has really disapponted me , its not detecting sim , not able to connect to USB , very very slow , no Wifi and most important thing many questions in the forums are not answered properly .

I have the same problem, the device was working fine. After a reboot I got the same problem.

How is this helping, it links back to this thread?! An infinite loop, much? After flashing it will work, for a while, under specific circumstances it can happen again, we have reproduced it 2 times....

You can easily use an ubuntu 13.04 live dvd/usb stick: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop - worked for me. So you don't have to install or change anything in your running system.

"Dump End with ERROR Ram Dump eXtractor v5.4" Ram Dump eXtractor is an Samsung Tool... it can dump some memory regions and receive Debug text... I know this only from Samsung devices... if Debug Level is set to Mid or High... then you see also Bluescreen and message: Upload data to pc Since Version 5.3 I see SHP_Linux... So I think it is Tizen related... I have no idea yet, how to set Debug Level in Tizen devices... to prevent such Blue Screens... In old Samsung SHP devices... *#33284*# Or choose RC2 file... or use Dev Commands or... Good luck. Best Regards
