Missing MSVCP120.dll error when launching Device Manager

I have just installed Tizen Studio 3.2, everything looks OK.
However, when I launch the Device Manager tool, I get the error message below
The same happens whether I launch Device Manager from inside Tizen Studio or from the windows startup menu.
p.s. I've already downloaded and installed the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages, still did not help!
Any ideas what is causing this?
