[Incentive]Certificate of Residence

Hi all!

 

To receive the incentive reward requires a Certificate of Residence. Under Russian law (I'm from Russia), this certificate can be obtained only for a certain year (like 2016 or 2017).

However, in order to prove the status of a resident, it is necessary to spend more than 183 days in the country. 

Based on this, I can get this certificate only from July.
My friend from the Republic of Belarus also won and also has such a problem.

 

Do you have a similar problem in your country?

It took me about 35 days (because the tax authorities worked very slowly)
Next weekend I will complete (but the program requires submit in 30 days)
I do not know if they will agree to my late submission

Right from the time they announced, but they did not make it clear that the consular confirmation was needed so I wasted about a week

They didn't ask me for any certificate of residence. By they are asking for taxpayer identification number. It must be sent in original afterwards. But my taxpayer identification is social security card and I can't trust anyone to send my original social security number. It's very risky. tizen incentive team doesn't bother to reply to my mails either. It's frustrating.

I got my Certificate of Residence issued by my tax authority quit fast but it is not the end.

Now Tizen Incentive Team needs a stamp of Consul Confirmation from Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Apostille Legalization

and stamp from the Korean Embassy or Korean Consulate too.  

 

Do you have the same and how it is going in your case?

 

I think it is due to them previous email with need of legalization to use overseas, and probably it is that the point. 

Hard to belive they need so many papers.
