How to install a Tizen OS on a smartwatch which uses a different OS ?

Hello,

I bought a smartwatch which does not use the Tizen OS but I developed before a Tizen app. So I would like to change the OS of my watch to put Tizen on it and be able to test my app.

Do you know how to do this ? I've looked for information online but didn't find anything.

Thanks a lot Olivier for your reply. The problem is that my watch is not a Samsung Watch. The brand is No.1 and the watch is called G2. That's why, there isn't a Tizen OS on it.

As Tizen is an open source OS, I thought I could install it on a device which was not using it originally.
