How to compile Tizen 3.0 IVI release : tizen_20130829.9 for armvl7

Hello,
I am attempting to compile Tizen 3.0 IVI release : tizen_20130829.9 for armvl7
But, I see that the x86 release is partially dependent on prebuilt. So, any clue how can I make these prebuilts available for
armvl7 ? Or if any other way to build everything from sources
