How can I know which device I have Ref.Device-210 or PQ

I have read this page "http://tizen-seoz.blogspot.kr/2013/02/overview-of-new-tizen-reference-phone.html", according to this page's images I'm sure my device is

RD-PQ, but when I check up from my device, I saw "More system settings" => "About phone" => "Model": Ref.Device-210.

So now I'm not sure which device I got. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

Ref.Device-210 means you have U1HD device Ref.Device-PQ means that you have M0 device. The Pictures of Tizen Reference Phone RD-210 and RD-PQ is given in below link http://tizen-seoz.blogspot.kr/#!/2013/03/pictures-of-tizen-reference-phone-rd.html

Yes, what I mean is that the picture and the "Model" on my device is contradictory, which should I believe.

Just ignore the "model" when you first got that device :) Just look at the appearance.

It's possible to flash the RD-210 image onto the RD-PQ, and I've seen some RD-PQs come that way. If you have the RD-210 image on an RD-PQ device, it will report itself as RD-210, regardless of the underlying hardware. If you got the device this year, and the phone looks like a Samsung Galaxy SIII with pointy corners, rather than a large 'phablet' sized chunk of plastic, it probably is an RD-PQ.
