What are conditions to be fulfilled for the app, to be shown in Samsung Gear Manager in the Notifications Section?

Hi,

As far as I know, a provider applicaiton need UI to be shown in Notification list of Gear manager.

Provider application has UI, yet it is still not shown in the Samsung Gear Manager.
