Eligibility in Tizen Challenge

I'm not sure if I can participate in Tizen App challenge. Till the end of July 2013 I was employed at Samsung as a developer.

"Employees, officers and directors of: (i) The Linux Foundation, (ii) the Promotion Partners, (iii) Judges [...] are not eligible to participate in the Challenge."

Tizen App Challenge started 9th of July. Now I am not working for Samsung anymore. So.. can I participate?;)

As long as you are not employed by Samsung from the time you enter the contest (e.g., the moment you click that you agree to the official rules, which state you can't be an employee to enter) to the time when judging completes (when, if you are selected as a potential winner, you'll need to certify that you're not an employee), this is not a problem.
