device duid

 

   Why I could not get device duid ? 

According Documents, I try to get a device uuid    

var devCap = tizen.systeminfo.getCapabilities();

var devId = devCap.duid;

 But the result is 2.2 Error

Is duid the equivalent uuid in android? 

If no, how can we get the universally unique identifier (UUID) ?

according to this :

it seemes that test devices does not have an duid.

To create a DUID you need a SIM :)

You want to get uuid, not duid, try below,

Tizen::Base::UuId* pUUID = Tizen::Base::UuId::GenerateN();
