Can’t generate certificate profile

when i log in my samsung account, certificate manager didn't jump to the next step. And login dialog just leave a "succeed" word. Did anybody has met this before?
The certificate manager just stay this state after i login my Sansung account.i wait for about 1 hour, but still didn't work.
i have tried windows and ubuntu OS, but same result.
