[Ask] Generate author certificate

Hi all,
I am new in tizen app development. I very interested in the web app development. But, when I tried to deploy the app, it's always failed because of security reason (certificate). I can't generate author certification. It said "Failed to generate a certificate" and the reason is "Exception caught.badly formated directory string". Could you tell me how to generate the author certificate?
