Exceptions

Type	Condition
ArgumentNullException	frames is null. -or- outStream is null.
ArgumentException	frames has no element(empty). -or- outStream is not writable.
InvalidOperationException	The resolution is not set.
ObjectDisposedException	The ImageEncoder has already been disposed of.
