i have written a webcam control that is used to assess if an image has changed, this is to check if something has approaced the camera, i have writen this in C# .net Framwork.  the customer that requires this is using the Magic Info software, and requires this to be written in Tizen to enable him to use it. i have been trying to look into this today, and if using VS to develop, i only have access to the .netStandard libraries, and i keep hitting a dead end when trying to get the access to the camera.

can anyone give me any pointers ?
