I would like to know if it’s possible to build a native or web or .net app for a wearable device, that detects a hardware button press (up or bottom button) while app is in background or when wearable is locked?

Furthermore, I would like to know if it’s possible to detect a long press on the sreen, while app is in background or when wearable is locked?
