My Samsung Smart TV Model  : UA50MU7000 

Software Version : T-KTMUABC-1240.7

Tizen Studio Version : 1.3

App Required Version set on Config.xml : 2.3

Emulator Manager Version : 2.5.61

Exception facing while deploying application on Smart TV : mentioned above

I was able to run it on Emulator Tizen 3.0

Samsung Certificate Extension : 2.0.31 

have been searching around for this issue but couldn’t find a fix.
