From this table I can see that my TV requires TV Extension 2.4 but once I go to archive download link is not available. Is there any way to download it?

I tried using TV Extension 3.0 but I am getting “closed” error when I try to publish web app to my TV. Same error is described in this post. I assume that I explicitly need to download TV Extension 2.4.
