“Socket Failed” error whilst trying to obtain an authors license

Hi Everyone!

I have been trying to obtain an authors license from Samsung, and everything it tries to generate a license I get a “Socket Failed” error, as soon as I try to log into my Samsung account.

Can anybody advise what I can do?
