Hello, new Tizen developer here. As the title said, I’m wondering whether I should go for 2.3 or3.4 as the minimum. I understand that Z1 is 2.3, but how many people are using it as opposed to 2.4?

Also, in which country are the Tizen smartphones most popular? South Korea?
