PackageManager에서 NativeToolChain을 설치하는데 다음과 같은 오류가 발생하여 설치가 불가능합니다.

어떻게하면 설치할 수 있을까요?

cli로 설치를 시도해보기도 하였고, 관리자권한을 줘보기도 하였습니다.

하지만 UMException이라는게 무슨 예외발생인지 알 수가 없어서 오류 해결이 어렵네요..
