I’ve installed the SDK several times but the tools/certificate-generator directory is empty. I have not seen anything else suggested to install. How do I generate a certificate so I can test code?

I attended the conference lab session and had assistance installing the SDK (after many tries, and now I don’t know if it is correct.) But since I did not have a Windows computer I was unable to do anything during the tutorial.
