If I am right the Notification User Interface https://developer.tizen.org/documentation/tutorials/web-application/tizen-features/user-interface/notification is not accessible for common developers.

In fact almost all clocks on Gear Store are without notification count.

It is really a hard limitation because Gear S main function is managing device notifications.

I think it would be a good thing to open the API at the world.
