When i run simply in Chrome - i don't need ane access

 And when we use OSM Map - we see  the same ( see Emul and Simul screenshoots). In OSM - we don't need any access.

 The problem  is not there

How add "to allow very http connection"?

 Where? In config file or not?

In config.xml add <access origin="*" subdomains="true" />
