IDE is completely broken!

I was developing with Tizen for Wearables SDK for about a week and then suddenly my computer rebooted itself. After that I have not been able to build any projects. They mostly hang on the following:

"Launching: Build before launch - Scoped incremental build before launch..."

I tried reinstalling the IDE, but it didn't help anything. I can't even build a HelloWorld application.

This is very frustrating!!!!

Anyone else experience something like this? I've tried many things to try to get a fresh start, but so far no luck.

The same thing happened to me, i cannot even create,build or deploy a wearable app but i get a different error.

"Problems opening perspective"org.tizen.web.ui.perspective.webwidget""

Working on Win8.1  64bit ,Java 7

any help for this issue?

It has been a little while since I resolved this issue, so I hope my memory is correct. I believe what finally solved it was re-installing also my separate installation of Eclipse. There must be some common libraries that both Tizen SDK and (standard) Eclipse use. I'm not exactly sure the reason, but this seemed to clear the problems.
