  - If you meant Tizen as Tizen .NET, I think using Tizen .NET is the most advanced way to develop an applications for Tizen. You can use power C# language, the managed language, with the Visual Studio IDE including its tools, intellisence and etc. You can also use TizenFX which allows you to access the Tizen platform features in C#.

What kind of support does it offer for developers?

  - You can visit Tizen .NET to get to know about developing Tizen .NET. Tizen .NET basically provides "Visual Stuio Tool for Tizen" which is the Visual Studio extensions that allows you to develop Tizen .NET applications on the VS. It includes Tizen workload and connection on VS to Tizen SDK tools, for example the emulator manager, package manger, etc.

Is there any documentation or resources available to help developers with their projects on Tizen?

-  Tizen .NET is the landing page of Tizen .NET which you can take a look about it and get connection to Tizen .NET team. 

    Tizen Docs has lots of contents including Get Started, Guides, etc.

How can I get started developing apps for Tizen?

Where can I find coupons and deals for Tizen products?

- Unfortunately, there are no coupons for Tizen products. If you have Raspberry Pi, you can setup and run the latest version of Tizen .NET apps on it. Checkout here to find out how to setup Tizen on RPI.
