Where can I get tizen store support?

I have submitted my app to the tizen store 3 or 4 times now and everytime it fails. The last 3 times that I resubmitted my app I asked for further clarification of how I can fix the issue because I am unable to recreate the issues that they are reporting back to me. 

The person reviewein the app has ignored my questions everytime! This is NOT HELPFULL! 

I even tried to contact support through the link they provide on the report and the form is broken!!! Please help as I'm about to give up on Tizen.

In the report given by seller office, its written as follws: 1)http://www.freesound.org/people/naturesoundspa/naturesoundspa : [Defect] The application contains an incomplete url, check with them by explaining about this if its not an incomplete url 2)App launch icon should be a circle of 117px: so check if your app launch icon is a circle and of 117px as it should be 3)Check if registered icon in Tizen seller office is a circle of 512px: check this with your registered icon as it should be If all the above is as per the expected , then better you tell the same to the seller office and post the query with explaination of above in http://seller.tizenstore.com/qa/getQaList.as

Hi Pushpa, Those are all recomended to fix but they are not failure issues. Thanks for providing the link to the qa list. I did not know that existed.

circle icon and circle appstore logo are mandatory! Maybe its a bug, but in my first reports it was a failure issues. Please try it again with circle icon and appstore logo

Hi Marco, My last app was approved with a square icon. Seems to me that if that is a failure issue it should be listed in the failure section. Thanks, Josh

Strange I got always are reject if my logo and icon not circle. Try it with circle icon and logo ;)

The reviewers got back to me via the qa section. Apparently the omitted the 2 failures in question.

oh ok. Then did they accept your app?what have they commented there?

No. They came back with the same 2 failures that I have asked them to clarify for me several times. I am not able to recreate either issue that they report. ONe of the failures had to do with the back button behaviour which i cannot test properly because my device still does not work and I am not able to run an emulator on my system. I don't recall the other issue but I will look it up when I get back to my computer.

And, did you change the icons to circle? If not, then try that once and reupload the app

I second that! Using non-circle or wrong szed icons has always been a failure issue for my apps, you should correct that regardless of what is written in the certification report.
