How to use a rotary events from the watch app?

Hi all.
When I use the watch application wich a window, using the watch_app_get_elm_win() function, then no any rotary events are received. But when I use the elm_win_util_standard_add() function, then all rotary events are received.
How to receive the rorary events from the watch app? WTF?
PS: I use tizen v3.x on Samsung Gear S3 Frontier!
