GPS reporting incorrect on dev device

I have the Tizen developer device and I am running a simple page with google maps api to show map of current position. The code runs fine on android devices through the web browser however on my Tizen device it shows my current location as South Korea! I'm in Southern California!!

 

I have made sure that gps is enabled. I have gone through all the settings but could not find anything else. Am i missing something or is this a bug with the dev device?

It's not really a bug, regarding to a technial supporter from Tizen-Port-A-Thon, the gsp is deactivated because of licensing issues: http://www.tizenportathon.com/bada/board/technicalSupportDetail.do?seq=482&pageIdx=2&pageSize=10&searchBd=null&searchTxt=null
