Slow CSS Animations, Flexbox doesn't work

Hello,

I would like to know why the CSS animations are so extremly slow on a real device (Gear S2) in this example: https://www.dropbox.com/s/01txhp0if4ab74a/HopeDemo.zip?dl=1.

In the Web Simulator it runs smoothly. The SVG filter works just fine in both.

And I also would like to know if you know some issues with Flexbox in Tizen because the example had one previously included and it does also not work on a real device, but it does in Web Simuator: https://www.dropbox.com/s/d97pq5q53l4sh8e/HopeDemo_Flexbox.zip?dl=1.

Please share your model number and software version. 
I have downloaded your code and run on several devices. It works good in Web simulator.

It works just like Simulator in Samsung Gear S3. It also works in Gear S2. But i don't see any slow issue for both code!  You can also share a video to show your problem.

Today I installed the latest firmware (2.3.2.2, R732XXU2EQC1) on my Gear S2 and the problem still exists. And I figured out that the problems exists also in the 2.3.2 emulator but the most not in the 3.0 emulator. But even in the 3.0 emulator the custom SVG filter (RGB shift) is still not visible.

In Web Simulator all effects are visible, in Emulator (2.3) the feTurbulence SVG filter is not visible and on the real device (2.3.2) it's a total mess.

 I have just watched your videos... As you mentioned that Web simulator runs smoothly, so i am  considering that is ideal case. My Gear S3 device is pretty much similar like simulator but i saw some differences in Gear S2 (as you didn't post any video of S2, i can't understand the differences between yours and mine) . May be this is hardware issue. Hope Samsung will see this and resolve asap.
