Is there way to install a Wearable App in Gear Device even if it is not registered in the Gear Market?

I mean that is there way to install a Wearable App in Gear Device when it is registered to Host Device that installed Apk including Wearable App from Google Market?

I just would like to know the way to install a Wearable App not directly from Gear Market but from Google Market.

Hi,

It seem that there is no way to install Gear application via Google market.

As your wgt is created and can work for specific devices only with your certificate, user can't install your application.

But Gear AppStore can provide special way to install it for public user.

Moreover, suppose phone doesn't have a Gear manager, it doesn't recognize pre-installed APK which has wgt after Gear manager is installed later.

So I would recommend you to publish your application into Gear AppStore.

Currently you can install only from Gallaxy Apps and where you can download Gear Manager.
