I just hold of a RD-PQ device, and was very surprised to find that it cannot make or receive phone calls.

And just wanted to confirm that this constraint will NEVER BE FIXED, that it isn’t a software issue, but a deliberate “hobbling” of the hardware.   Correct?    Thanks!
