I would like to know it is possible to integrate Gear S with Desktop Application (windows platform)?

I had build Java standalone application and I need to retreive a Unique Device ID / IMEI number of my samsung gear S which is communicate with my laptop via bluetooth..

Please do lead me which source and what the basic step I need to discover..
